RESOLUTION NO. 2022-40
A Resolution OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, california, AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $200,000 FROM THE WATER FUND BALANCE TO “HYDRATION STATIONS upgrades,” PROJECT NO. 528-2590-XXXXX-71073 WHEREAS, the Pomona City Charter requires that amendments to the Adopted Budget be approved by resolution, with approval of the Pomona City Council; WHEREAS, the project “Hydration Stations Upgrades,” Project No. 528-2590-XXXXX-71073 is included in the adopted FY 2021-2022 CIP Budget; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to install hydration stations at public City owned parks; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate $200,000 of Water Funds balance to “Hydration Stations Upgrades,” Project No. 528-2590-XXXXX-71073.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the FY 2021-2022 CIP Budget by appropriating $200,000 from the Water Fund balance (571-2590-89951-71073) to Water CIP (528-2590-80702-71073) and appropriation to the project (528-2590-66196-71073), “Hydration Stations Upgrades,” Project No. 528-2590-XXXXX-71073.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
