RESOLUTION NO. 2022-108
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $250,000 OF SAFE CLEAN WATER PROGRAM (MEASURE W) FUNDS TO “BIKE PATH – SAN JOSE CREEK,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-58072 WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to complete the design of “Bike Path – San Jose Creek,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-58072; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide sufficient funding to successfully complete this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by appropriating $250,000 of Safe Clean Water Program (Measure W) funds (142-2590-89987-58072, 428-2590-80708-58072, 428-2590-66196-58072) to “Bike Path – San Jose Creek,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-58072.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
