RESOLUTION NO. 2022-140
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP TM NO. 83085 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1300 W. MISSION BOULEVARD, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8349-011-047 WHEREAS, on February 24, 2021, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 21-006 approving Tentative Tract Map TRACTMAP 13750-2020, TM No. 83085 for a residential subdivision consisting of 33 condominium units at 1300 W. Mission Boulevard, APN 8349-011-047; and WHEREAS, Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Article 5, 15061(b)(3), which exempts activities that can be seen with certainty to have no possibility for causing a significant effect on the environment, the project has been determined to meet the criteria for a General Rule Exemption; and WHEREAS, George Shweiri, with Denn Engineers, applicant on behalf of Keystone Capital Holdings, LLC, property owner, has submitted Tract Map TM No. 83313 for the property located at 1300 W. Mission Boulevard, Pomona, CA, to the Public Works Department-Engineering Division for review and approval; and WHEREAS, all conditions of approval related to Tentative Tract Map TRACTMAP 13750-2020 and TM No. 83313 have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds, based on the evidence submitted, that the Tract Map TM No. 83085 for property located at 1300 W. Mission Boulevard is hereby approved, as depicted in EXHIBIT “A” of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer to sign the Tract Map TM No. 83085 on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
