RESOLUTION NO. 2022-131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2021-22 OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $129,595 AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $84,232 TO ACCOUNT FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY ACTIVITY WHEREAS, City Council adopted the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget, on June 7, 2021 and the City Council adopted a mid-year budget adjustment on March 21 2022 to increase revenues and appropriations to the current budget amounts in the Building Division budget.
WHEREAS, the City Council must approve to amend the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by Increasing Revenue estimates by $129,595 WHEREAS, the City Council must approve to amend the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by Increasing Appropriations by $84,232.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter requires that amendments to the Adopted FY 2021-22 Fiscal Budget be approved by City Council by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The FY 2021-22 City operating budget is hereby amended to reflect changes to revenue budget and appropriations as follows:

SECTION 2. That City Council hereby amends the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget by increasing revenue estimates and appropriations.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
