RESOLUTION NO. 2022-120 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $40,000 FROM 668-1352-52310-00000 AND AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING THE NEW CIP PROJECT: “GENERATOR FOR CITY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER – BRACKETT FIELD AIRPORT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068, AND TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING $40,000 OF SELF-INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION FUNDS TO THE PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council desires to create a new CIP project, “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068 for the purchase and installation of a generator at the City’s Emergency Operations Center; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fund this project by amending the FY 2022-23 Operating Budget and unappropriating $40,000 from 668-1352-52310-00000; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by transferring and appropriating $40,000 of Self-Insurance Administration Funds to “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 Operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budgets by:
Unappropriating $40,000 from the Self-Insurance Administration Fund (Acct. No. 668-1352-52310-00000); Creating a new CIP project, “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068; and Transferring and appropriating $40,000 of Self-Insurance Administration Funds to “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068 (668-1352-89987-71068; 428-2590-80871-71068; 428-2590-66196-71068).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
