A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, Amending FY 2022-23 City Operating Budget by UNAPPROPRIATING $657,127 of CDBG grant funding FROM (213-1791-52350-00000) (exhIbit a – section 1) and Amending THE fy 2022-23 CIP BUDGET by APPROPRIATING $657,127 of cdbg GRANT FUNDING as indicated in Exhibit A SECTION 2 and further UNAPPROPRIATING and appropriating $20,000 of CDBG grant funding AS INDICATED IN Exhibit A SECTION 3.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend the FY 2022-23 Adopted Operating Budget and amend the FY 2022-23 Adopted CIP Budget for CDBG grant funds; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate available CDBG grant funds to eligible projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pomona, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the (FY) 2022-23 Operating Budget by unappropriating $657,127 of CDBG funding as indicated in Exhibit A – Section 1.
Section 2. The City Council hereby amends the (FY) 2022-23 CIP Budget by appropriating $657,127 of CDBG funding as indicated in Exhibit A – Section 2.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby amends the (FY) 2022-23 CIP Budget by further unappropriating and appropriating $20,000 of CDBG funding as indicated in Exhibit A – Section 3.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall attest to the passage of this resolution and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
