RESOLUTION NO. 2022-195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW CIP PROJECT, “POLICE PARKING LOT RENOVATIONS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71083 AND APPROPRIATING $44,819 OF SERIES “BI (AX/AI)” BOND PROCEEDS TO THE PROJECT WHEREAS, the Pomona Police Department desires to address much-needed parking lot renovations at three locations serving the Department: the visitor lot at the southeast corner of Mission Blvd. and Park Ave., the employee parking lot at the southwest corner of Park Ave. and 6th St., and the Department facility lot; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by creating a new CIP project, “Police Parking Lot Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71083 and appropriating $44,819 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds to the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by creating a new CIP project, “Police Parking Lot Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71083.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by appropriating $44,819 of available Series “BI (AX/AI)” bond proceeds (479-2590-89987-71083, 428-2590-80754-71083, 428-2590-66196-71083) to Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71083.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
