RESOLUTION NO. 2023-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $3,626 FROM THE AVAILABLE AQMD FUND RESERVES TO PURCHASE ONE APPROVED ASPHALT PATCH TRUCK FROM PB LOADER CORPORATION FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the Pomona City Charter requires that amendments to the Adopted FY 2022-23 Operating Budget be approved by City Council by Resolution; and WHEREAS, as allowed by the City’s Charter, the recommended actions will authorize the appropriation of $3,626 from the available fund reserves to complete the purchase one asphalt patch truck from PB Loader Corporation for the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Operating Budget by appropriating $3,626 from available AQMD fund reserves to fund 245-2506-66182-00000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
