RESOLUTION NO. 2023-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATING $534,980 OF MEASURE A ANNUAL ALLOCATIONS TO “MEASURE A PARK IMPROVEMENTS - CITYWIDE,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71080 WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by Charter of the City of Pomona (City) to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City receives annual allocations from the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) from Measure A to be utilized for park improvements; and WHEREAS, the City has been allocated an additional $534,980 of Measure A allocations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by increasing revenue estimates and appropriating $534,980 of Measure A Annual Allocations to “Measure A Park Improvements – Citywide,” (428-2590-40906-71080 and 428-2590-66196-71080).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
