RESOLUTION NO. 2023-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY RELEASING AND UNAPPROPRIATING $22,617 OF SERIES “BE/BF” WATER BOND PROCEEDS FUNDS FROM CIP “STREET PRESERVATION – LOCAL CITYWIDE (FY 19-20),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68561 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to unappropriate $22,617 of Series “BE/BF” Water Bond Proceeds funds from “Street Preservation – Local Citywide (FY 19-20),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68561, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release $22,617 funds back to the Series “BE/BF” Water Bond Proceeds Funds, as the various pavement repairs intended with this funding have been completed, and the remaining funds are no longer needed for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by:
Releasing and unappropriating $22,617 of Series “BE/BF” Water Bond Proceeds funds from “Street Preservation – Local Citywide (FY 19-20),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68561 (428-2590-66196-68561).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
