• Prices shall be inclusive of all costs to provide goods and/or services as requested by the City, including costs related to licenses, insurance and bonding.
• Labor costs shall be inclusive of the amount of hours and personnel, vehicle and all equipment needed per repair.
• The City will not provide city staff to assist the contractor with crane services, or confined space equipment.
• Contractor must know how to, and perform shutdowns and isolation of regulator/Cla-Val, any valves not mounted on the Cla-Val assembly (i.e., buried valves requiring a valve key) will be operated by City staff.
• Contractor must be able to perform all services required per repair without City staff assistance.
• Labor costs should be inclusive of the amount of hours and personnel needed per repair.
• No additional costs of any kind will be authorized unless specifically itemized herein.
