RESOLUTION NO. 2023-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW CIP PROJECT, “PHILLIPS RANCH GREENBELT FENCE REPLACEMENT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086 AND APPROPRIATING $35,687 OF DISTRICT 5 CIP CARRYOVER DISCRETIONARY FUNDS TO THE PROJECT WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace damaged and deteriorated fencing throughout the area known as the “Greenbelt” within Phillips Ranch in the City of Pomona; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by creating a new CIP project, “Phillips Ranch Greenbelt Fence Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086 and appropriating $35,687 of District 5 CIP Carryover Discretionary Funds to the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by creating a new CIP project, “Phillips Ranch Greenbelt Fence Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by appropriating $35,687 of District 5 CIP Carryover Discretionary Funds (418-1302-89987-72105, 428-2590-80721-71086, 428-2590-66196-71086) to Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
