RESOLUTION NO. 2023-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2022-23 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY RELEASING AND UNAPPROPRIATING $300,000 OF PROPOSITION C FUNDS AND $535,297 OF SERIES “BI (AX/AI)” BOND PROCEEDS – D4 FROM “HOLT AVENUE (EAST) RECONSTRUCTION,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71050, AND $1,200,000 OF PROPOSITION C FUNDS FROM “HOLT AVENUE (WEST) RECONSTRUCTION,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71047, AND APPROPRIATING THESE FUNDS AND $701,661 OF MEASURE M FUND BALANCE TO “HOLT AVENUE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 WHEREAS, the “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 requires additional funding for construction improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by appropriating sufficient funding to “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No.428-2590-XXXXX-68575.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2022-23 CIP Budget by:
Unappropriating $300,000 of Proposition C funds from “Holt Avenue (East) Reconstruction,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71050 (428-2590-66196-71050; 217-2590-89987-71050; 428-2590-80736-71050); and Unappropriating $535,297 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds – D4 from “Holt Avenue (East) Reconstruction,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71050 (428-2590-66196-71050; 479-2590-89987-71050; 428-2590-80754-71050); and Unappropriating $1,200,000 of Proposition C funds from “Holt Avenue (West) Reconstruction,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71047 (428-2590-66196-71047; 217-2590-89987-71047; 428-2590-80736-71047); and Appropriating $1,500,000 of Proposition C funds to “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 (428-2590-66196-68575; 217-2590-89987-68575; 428-2590-80736-68575); Appropriating $535,297 of Series “BI (AX/AI)” Bond Proceeds to “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 (428-2590-66196-68575; 479-2590-89987-68575; 428-2590-80754-68575); and Appropriating $701,661 of Measure M fund balance to Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 (428-2590-66196-68575; 138-2590-89987-68575; 428-2590-80878-68575).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
