RESOLUTION NO. 2023-123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, Amending the FY 2022-23 AQMD OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,881 WHEREAS, a fiscal review is a prudent method to ensure that the City maintains a healthy financial structure; WHEREAS, the City routinely adjusts fiscal year revenue estimates and appropriations throughout the fiscal year; WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2022-23 Operating Budget, Housing Authority Budget, and the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program on June 6, 2022 and all appropriations for departments or major organizational units within the General Fund and all operating funds were approved; WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Mid-Year Fiscal Review on March 20, 2023; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 City Operating Budget for the AQMD Fund (245-2506-66182-00000) in the amount of $55,881 for the purchase of Ford Super Duty F-250 CNG truck.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
