RESOLUTION NO. 2023-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CHANGING THE PROJECT TITLE OF “GENERATOR FOR CITY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER - BRACKETT FIELD AIRPORT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068, TO “NEW EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER – WHITE AVENUE,” AND CHANGING THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the project title and description of “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068 to “New Emergency Operations Center – White Avenue,” for the design and construction of a new Emergency Operations Center to be located on White Avenue, a more centralized location in the City of Pomona.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by changing the title of “Generator for City Emergency Operations Center – Brackett Field Airport” to “New Emergency Operations Center – White Avenue,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71068, and changing the project description as reflected in Attachment No. 2.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
