SCOPEOFSERVICES
God'sPantryisdedicatedtomanagingthestreetoutreachcomponentofthejointcollaborationbetweenTheCityof Pomona,JustUs4Youth(JY4Y),andGod'sPantry(GP)fortheremainderofthecohort3CALVIPgrant.
Aspartofthiscollaboration,God'sPantrywilltakeresponsibilityforoverseeingthestreetoutreachefforts,ensuring effectiveoutreachandengagementwithindividualsinneedwithinthePomonacommunity.Weunderstandthe significanceofstreetoutreachinconnectingwithmarginalizedpopulationsandprovidingthemwithessentialservices, resources,andsupport.
OurexperiencedoutreachteamwillworkcloselywiththeCityofPomonaandJY4Ytoidentifytargetareasand populationsthatrequireimmediateassistance.Byconductingstreetoutreach,weaimtoestablishrapport,buildtrust,and establishconnectionswithindividualswhomaybeatriskofviolenceorinvolvedinhigh-riskactivities.
Duringtheremainderofthecohort3CALVIPgrant,ourstreetoutreacheffortswillbecomprehensiveandholistic.Wewill engagewithindividualsonthestreets,inencampments,orinothermarginalizedsettings,providingthemwithinformation aboutavailableresources,includingshelter,healthcareservices,addictiontreatmentprograms,mentalhealthsupport, andemploymentassistance.

DELIVERABLES

1)EmployerofRecord.GPwillmanagethehiring,payroll,benefitsandHRforallemployeesdescribedinthe budgetbelow.
2)BillingandReimbursements.GPwillberesponsibleforfloatingthefundsasnecessaryforthisprojectunderthe understandingthattheCitywillbeexpedientinthecontractingandreimbursementprocess. 3)ManagementoftheNCAteamandactivities.UndertheguidanceofEcoCivandAdvancePeace,GPwill designateanemployee(matchedemployee,notcityfundedNCA)tooverseetheday-to-dayoperations. 4)GPwillassistwithallorganizationsondatacollectionandreportingneeds.
