RESOLUTION NO. 2023-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $25,000 OF GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO “PARKS AND FACILITIES MASTER PLAN,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71072 WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating $25,000 of General Fund reserves to “Parks and Facilities Master Plan,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71072 to allow for additional community outreach and updates to the Parks and Facilities Master Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating $25,000 of General Fund reserves to “Parks and Facilities Master Plan,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71072 (101-2590-89987-71072, 428-2590-80701-71072 and 428-2590-66196-71072).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
