RESOLUTION NO. 2023-180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $16,200 OF DISTRICT 5 CIP CARRYOVER DISCRETIONARY FUNDS, AND AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $2,315 OF GENERAL FUNDS FROM THE CITY’S PARKS FACILITIES MAINTENANCE BUDGET TO “PHILLIPS RANCH GREENBELT FENCE REPLACEMENT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086 WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace damaged and deteriorated decorative fencing throughout the area known as the “Greenbelt” within Phillips Ranch in the City of Pomona; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by adding funding to “Phillips Ranch Greenbelt Fence Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086 by appropriating $16,200 of District 5 CIP Carryover Discretionary funds and $2,315 of General Funds from the Parks Facilities Maintenance budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating $16,200 of District 5 CIP Carryover Discretionary Funds (418-1302-89987-72105, 428-2590-80721-71086, 428-2590-66196-71086) to “Phillips Ranch Greenbelt Fence Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget by appropriating $2,315 of General Funds (428-2590-80701-71086, 428-2590-66196-71086) to “Phillips Ranch Greenbelt Fence Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71086.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
