This Project was created on May 1, 2023 to provide for the replacement of rotted, missing, and/or damaged pressure-treated wood fencing, and block pillars along two bridges in the Phillips Ranch area on Rustic Glen Drive and Willowbrook Lane, and also in three picnic areas. The construction improvements have already been completed in the picnic areas and on Willowbrook Lane.
