RESOLUTION 2023-219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT GROUP A AND B EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to create, classify and design salary scales/ranges for unrepresented Executive Management classifications for the City of Pomona; WHEREAS, the City Council also has the authority to set and modify terms and conditions of employment for the Compensation Plan For Executive Management Group A and B Employees (A-B Plan); NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby amends the Compensation Plan for Executive Management Group A and B Employees, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
