RESOLUTION NO. 2024-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $1,500,000 OF AVAILABLE SERIES AQ HOUSING BOND PROCEEDS TO PROJECT NO. 247-6201-52966-72067, AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT BY NATIONAL COMMUNITY RENAISSANCE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide additional financial assistance to make the proposed project more likely to secure competitive State Affordable Housing Tax Credits, which must by secured in order for the project to be feasible and implemented; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget by appropriating an additional $1,500,000 of available Series AQ Housing Bond Proceeds to Project No. 247-6201-52966-72067.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget by appropriating an additional $1,500,000 of Series AQ Housing Bond Proceeds to Project No. 247-6201-52966-72067.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
