RESOLUTION NO. 2024-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $42,532 FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVES FOR INCREASED RESTROOM MAINTENANCE AT CITY PARKS WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter, amendments to the Adopted FY 2023-24 Operating Budget requires approval by City Council by Resolution; and WHEREAS, as allowed by the City’s Charter, the recommended actions will authorize the appropriation of $42,532 from available General Fund reserves to pay for increased restroom maintenance at City parks; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget by appropriating $42,532 from the General Fund reserves to Fund 101-4011-52932-00000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
