RESOLUTION NO. 2024-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, Amending the Consolidated Plan, the Fiscal year (FY) 2023-24 Annual Action Plan, FY 2023-24 City Operating Budget BY increasing/decreasing revenue estimates and appropriations for the home investment partnerships (home) program, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), CDBG CORONA VIRUS (cdbg-cv), lead hazard reduction and healthy homes supplement (lhrhh), healthy homes production grant (hhpg), emergency SOLUTIONS grant (esg), lead free homes la, permanent local housing allocation (plha), calhome and calhome re-use program funds WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend the FY 2023-24 Adopted Operating Budget and amend the FY 2023-24 Adopted CIP Budget for various grant funds and projects; WHEREAS, the City Council must find that under the Federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the proposed changes are eligible uses of HOME, CDBG, CDBG-CV, LHRHH, HHPG, ESG, PLHA, CALHOME and CALHOME Re-use funds and will serve low- to moderate-income persons and/or areas; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate the unexpended funds and program income to eligible projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pomona, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the (FY) 2023-24 Operating Budget to increase/decrease revenue estimates and appropriate funding as follows:

SECTION 2. That, upon finding under the Federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the proposed changes are eligible uses of said funds and will serve low to moderate income persons.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest to the passage of this resolution and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
