RESOLUTION NO. 2024-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGETS BY APPROPRIATING $30,000 OF GENERAL FUND HOURLY AND GAS AND ELECTRICITY SAVINGS TO “PARK IMPROVEMENTS – SPORT COURT RESURFACING AND RESTRIPING,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71069 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fully fund “Park Improvements – Sport Court Resurfacing and Restriping,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71069; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to utilize General fund hourly and gas and electricity savings to fund the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget by unappropriating $15,000 of General Fund gas and electricity savings (101-4146-89987-71069) and amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating $15,000 of available General fund gas and electricity savings (101-2590-89987-71069 428-2590-80701-71069, 428-2590-66196-71069) to Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71069.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget by unappropriating $15,000 of General Fund hourly savings (101-4201-89987-71069) and amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating $15,000 of available General fund hourly savings (101-2590-89987-71069 428-2590-80701-71069, 428-2590-66196-71069) to Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71069.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
