In accordance with Health and Safety Code (H&SC), Section 25269.5, the Department of Toxic Substances Control {DTSC) is providing responsible parties/project proponents with an estimate of DTSC's oversight costs for the planned activities at the above mentioned Site for the period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The enclosed cost estimate includes a list of tasks and activities scheduled during this time period, an estimate of staff hours by classification for each activity, and hourly personnel labor rates. Please note this is only an estimate of projected costs based on the planned activities that DTSC expects to occur at the site. Responsible parties/project proponents remain liable for all costs incurred by DTSC as required by law.
