Councilmember Garcia discussed the tax assessment for the Phillips Ranch greenspace area that was voted down twice by the residents in the last six years, and stressed the budget still faces deficit risks due to another measure coming to the voters in November Councilmember Nolte asked questions to staff.

Mayor Sandoval requested a current projection of what may be carried over for the youth programs of community services and for the Library.
