RESOLUTION NO. 2024-44
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $700,000 OF DISTRICT 6 AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDS TO “POMONA MULTI-NEIGHBORHOOD PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE IMPROVEMENTS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-67930 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating an additional $700,000 of District 6 American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding to “Pomona Multi-Neighborhood Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67930.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by appropriating an additional $700,000 of District 6 ARP funding (191-0206-89987-67930; 428-2590-80881-67930 and 428-2590-66196-67930) to “Pomona Multi-Neighborhood Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67930.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
