NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY FOR REVIEW OF THE
2024-2025
ANNUAL PLAN AND ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
REVISIONS
The City of Pomona Housing Authority (PHA) is
soliciting public comments for the 2024-2025 PHA
Annual Plan and Administrative Plan Revisions.
These documents are a written statement of policies
used to carry out the Housing Choice Voucher
Program in accordance with federal law and
regulations, and Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) requirements.
PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD
The 2024-2025 PHA Annual Plan draft and
Administrative Plan Revisions are available for
public review and comment from February 23, 2024
through April 8, 2024. Comments may be provided
during the public hearing, or submitted in writing
to the City of Pomona Housing Authority 505 S.
Garey Ave., P .O. Box 660, Pomona, California 91769
by 5:00 p.m. on Monday March 20, 2023.
PUBLIC HEARING
Interested residents and organizations are invited
to attend a Public Hearing on Monday , April 8, 2024
in the Council of Chambers at 7:00 p.m. to provide
comments concerning the plan.
Draft copies of the PHA Annual Plan can be
reviewed at:

Avenue, Pomona
2. City of Pomona Housing Department, 1st Floor –
505 South Garey Avenue, Pomona

La Agencia de Vivienda de la Ciudad de Pomona
solicita comentarios públicos para la revisión
del Plan Anual 2024-2025 y revisiones al Plan
Administrativo del Programa “Housing Choice
Voucher” (HCV). Estos documentos son una
declaración escrita de las políticas utilizadas para
llevar a cabo el Programa de HCV de acuerdo con
las leyes, reglamentos federales, y los requisitos
del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano
(HUD).
PERÍODO DE REVISIÓN PÚBLICA
Copias preliminares del Plan Anual de PHA 2024-
2025 y Plan Administrativo están disponibles para
revisión y comentario público desde el 23 de febrero
de 2024 hasta el 8 de abril de 2024. Los comentarios
pueden ser proporcionados durante la audiencia
pública o presentada por escrito a la Agencia de
Vivienda de la Ciudad de Pomona 505 S. Garey
Ave., PO Box 660, Pomona, California 91769 a más
tardar a las 5:00 p.m. el lunes 8 de abril de 2024.
AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA
