RESOLUTION NO. 2024-59
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY RE-APPROPRIATING $564,000 OF MEASURE R AND MEASURE M FUNDS FROM VARIOUS CIP PROJECTS TO “STREET PRESERVATION – CITYWIDE (FY 16-17) (MAJOR),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-67920 AS INDICATED IN EXHIBIT TO RESOLUTION WHEREAS, “Street Preservation – Citywide (FY 16-17) (Major),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67920 requires additional funding for construction improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by re-appropriating Measure R and Measure M Funds from various CIP projects and appropriate these funds to “Street Preservation – Citywide (FY 16-17) (Major),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67920.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by unappropriating $264,000 of Measure R Funds from various projects as listed in Attachment No. 2, and appropriating these funds to “Street Preservation – Citywide (FY 16-17) (Major),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67920 (428-2590-66196-67920; 128-2590-89987-67920, 428-2590-80864-67920).
SECTION 2. That the City Council amends the FY 2023-24 CIP Budget by unappropriating $300,000 of Measure M Funds from various projects as listed in Attachment No. 2, and appropriating these funds to “Street Preservation – Citywide (FY 16-17) (Major),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67920 (428-2590-66196-67920; 138-2590-89987-67920, 428-2590-80878-67920).
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
