AN ORDINANCE'OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES;-STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TIE MASTER PLAN OF
PRINCIPAL STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE CITY OF POMONA, BEING ORDINANCE NO,. 1199 BY ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES OF HILLMAN'
AVENUE BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND FERNLEAF AVENUE AND BETWEEN BUENA VISTA AVENUE AND HAMILTON, BLVD.,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice and held hearings as' required by law and. recommendedthat official plan lines be adopted for Hillman Avenue by its resolution 1606; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pomona has given notice and held a public hearing as required by law:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The Master Plan of Principal streets and
of the. City of Pomona, being Ordinance No. 1199 is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 8. 19 to provide as follows:
A.,-20 " 8. 19 Hillman Avenue between Grand Avenue and Fernleaf Avenu and between Buena Vista Avenue and Hamilton Boulevard as indicate on the map attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof which is marked " Official Plan Line of Hillman Avenue" is hereby a portion of the Master Plan of Principal Streets and Highways of 23 the City of Pomona.

This ordinance shall take effect upon the elapse of 28 thirty days from the time of its final passage.
