Street Easement Quitclaim Deed
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Pomona, a Municipal Corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, hereby REMISES, RELEASES AND QUITCLAIMS to Carlos P. Ursua and Mary Lou Ursua, as trustees of The Carlos and Mary Lou Ursua Revocable Trust u/d/t dated January 5, 2007, the real property situated in the City of Pomona, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described in EXHIBIT “A” and depicted in EXHIBIT “B”, attached hereto and made a part thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, on Ma y 6, 2024, the City Council heard evidence and approved this Quitclaim Deed by Resolution No. 2024-66. The City has caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed and this instrument to be executed by the City Manager with attest by the City Clerk.
