RESOLUTION NO. 2024-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING/DECREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE MEASURE H FUNDED GRANTS, CONTINUUM OF CARE (COC) FUNDED GRANTS, EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT (ESG), AND STATE FUNDED PROGRAMS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend the FY 2023-24 Adopted Operating Budget for various Homeless Program grant funds and projects; and WHEREAS, the City Council must find the amendments made will reflect updated grant awards from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and the County of Los Angeles; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate the program funds to increase/decrease revenues to match appropriated expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2023-24 Operating Budget to increase/decrease revenue estimates and appropriate funding as follows:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
