A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $3,320,000 OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDS TO “FINANCIAL SOFTWARE PROJECT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71048 WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by the Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $3,320,000 of American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds to “Financial Software Project,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71048; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $3,320,000 of American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds to “Financial Software Project,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71048 (191-2590-89987-71048, 428-2590-80881-71048, 428-2590-66196-71048).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
