A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $14,460 OF LEASE PROCEEDS FUNDS FROM FUND 418 RESTRICTED CASH ACCOUNT TO THE “CITY HALL COMPLEX REMODEL AND FLOORING,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-74115 WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by the Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $14,460 of Lease Proceeds funds to “City Hall Complex Remodel and Flooring,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74115; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $14,460 of Lease Proceeds funds from Fund 418 restricted cash account (10129) to “City Hall Complex Remodel and Flooring,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74115 (418-2590-89987-74115, 428-2590-80721-74115, 428-2590-66196-74115).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
