A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES APPROPRIATION FOR THE CALVIP FUND WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority by the Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the City Operating Budget; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2024-25 Operating Budget by appropriating of unspent CalVIP fund from FY 2023-24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 Operating Budget by increasing revenue estimates and appropriating $2,206,254 of unspent CalVIP funds 188-0900-40873/5xxxx-00000 SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
