RESOLUTION NO. 2024-101
A RESOLUTION CORRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $73,000 OF GENERAL FUNDS FROM “ADA CURB RAMPS AND PATH OF TRAVEL – CITYWIDE (CDBG) (FY 21-22),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-67934, AND $17,775 OF MEASURE R FUNDS FROM “STREET PRESERVATION – LOCAL (FY 21-22),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572, AND APPROPRIATING THOSE FUNDS TO “STREETLIGHTS – CITYWIDE (CDBG) (FY 22‐23 to FY 24‐25),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-64777 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2024-101, originally adopted on July 15, 2024, is repealed and replaced as it did not specify the funding type and included incorrect account codes for the transfers; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reappropriate a total of $90,775 of various available funds from other CIP projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by releasing/unappropriating $73,000 of available General Fund Funding from “ADA Curb Ramps and Path of Travel - Citywide (FY 21-22),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-67934 (428-2590-80701-67934 DR and 428-2590-66196-67934).
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by unappropriating $17,775 of available Measure R Funding from “Street Preservation – Local (FY 21-22),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68572 (128-2590-89987-68572 CR, 428-2590-80864-68572 DR and 428-2590-66196-68572).
SECTION 4. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $73,000 of available General Fund Funding (428-2590-80701-64777 CR, 428-2590-66196-64777) and $17,775 of available Measure R Funding (128-2590-89987-64777, 428-2590-80864-64777 and 428-2590-66196-64777) to “Streetlights ‐ Citywide (CDBG) (FY 22‐23 to FY 24‐25),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-64777.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
