Notice of Crosswalk Removal
Verde Vista AveVerde Vista AveAs part of the City’s Pavement Project, the existing crosswalk at Reservoir Street and Second Street has been removed. Currently the crosswalk was substandard. The City will not consider the re-installation of the crosswalk. If approved, the crosswalk will remain eliminated.

Public Hearing:
Any person may comment on Public Hearing the removal of the crosswalk at the intersection of Reservoir Street and Second Street at the Public Hearing scheduled for September 9, 2024 City Council meeting. The public hearing will be at 7:00pm or soon thereafter in the Pomona Council Chambers at 505 S. Garey Ave, Pomona, CA 91766.
Any person may also submit written comments on the crosswalk removal to the attention of Ron Chan, Principal Traffic Engineer with the Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 505 S. Garey Ave, Pomona, CA 91766. Comments should specifically note: ‘Crosswalk Removal’ as the subject.
