RESOLUTION NO. 2024-138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $258,991 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend the FY 2024-25 Adopted Operating Budget for various Homeless Program grant funds and projects; and WHEREAS, the City Council must find the amendments made will reflect grant awards from the Miscellaneous State funds and the County of Los Angeles awarded on a calendar year term; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate the program funds to increase revenue and appropriations to spenddown awarded funds and complete unfinished projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 Operating Budget to increase revenue estimates and appropriations by $258,991 per the following chart:
