It is developed with a 1,090-square foot single-family residential (SFR) unit, an 800-square foot SFR unit, and a 2-car, detached garage (Attachment Nos. 2 and 3). As part of the proposed project, the owner submitted a lot merger application to the Public Works Department-Engineering Division to consolidate the aforementioned lots into one parcel.
