RESOLUTION NO. 2024-184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $200,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO COVER OVERTIME EXPENSES FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTIONS WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter, amendments to the Adopted FY 2024-25 Operating Budget requires approval of the City Council by Resolution; and WHEREAS, as allowed by the City’s Charter, the recommended actions will authorize the appropriation of $200,000 from available General Fund Reserves to pay for overtime expenses for the enforcement of obstructions on sidewalks, walkways, parking lots and streets/roadways.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget by appropriating $200,000 from the General Fund Reserves to be distributed to the following accounts:
