RESOLUTION NO. 2024-192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING BUDGET BY INREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES IN CELL TOWER REVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter, amendments to the Adopted FY 2024-25 Operating Budget requires approval by City Council by Resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to increase revenue estimates as a result of the First Amendment to the agreement between the City of Pomona and CCTM1 LLC .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 Operating Budget by increasing revenue estimates in Fund 101-9999-40021-00000 by $4,000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
