RESOLUTION NO. 2024-200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $1,374,671 OF AVAILABLE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDS TO “PARK RESTROOM CONSTRUCTION AND REPLACEMENT,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71079 WHEREAS, the “Park Restroom Construction and Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71079, needs additional funds to award the construction contract.
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $1,374,671 of available ARP Funds to “Park Restroom Construction and Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71079.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $1,374,671 of available American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds (191-2590-89987-71079, 428-2590-80881-71079 and 428-2590-66196-71079) to “Park Restroom Construction and Replacement,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71079.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
