RESOLUTION NO. 2024-201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $183,000 OF AVAILABLE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDS TO “MEADOW VIEW DEMONSTRATION GARDEN,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71200 WHEREAS, the “Meadow View Demonstration Garden,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71200, needs additional funds to award the construction contract.
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $183,000 of available American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds to “Meadow View Demonstration Garden,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $82,600 of available American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds (191-2590-89987-71200 DR, 428-2590-80881-71200 and 428-2590-66196-71200) to “Meadow View Demonstration Garden,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71200.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $60,000 of available American Rescue Plan (ARP) District 3 (D3) Funds (191-0203-89987-71200, 428-2590-80881-71200 and 428-2590-66196-71200) to “Meadow View Demonstration Garden,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71200.
SECTION 3. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $40,400 of available American Rescue Plan (ARP) District 4 (D4) Funds (191-0204-89987-71200 DR, 428-2590-80881-71200 and 428-2590-66196-71200) to “Meadow View Demonstration Garden,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71200.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
