RESOLUTION NO. 2024-197
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $150,000 OF ART IN PUBLIC PLACES FUNDING TO “HOLT AVENUE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter, amendments to the Adopted FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program Budget requires approval by City Council by Resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate $150,000 of Art in Public Places funding to “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $150,000 of Art in Public Places funding to “Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements,” (133-1712-89987-51339, 428-2590-80705-68575, and 428-2590-66196-68575) to Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68575.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
