Project Description: This project will upgrade existing traffic signal controller ca binets along Towne Avenue between Mission Boulevard and Philadelphia Street. This porti on of Towne Avenue links other areas to schools, shopping, and Downtown, and is additionally utilized to get to the City of Chino for additional amenities. These upgrades will help to mitigate the effects of increased traffic due to new developments north of the proposed locations.
