A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 OPERATING BUDGET AND FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $567,836 of HOME-AMERICAN RECOVERY PROGRAM (arp) FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING $643,023 of HOME-AMERICAN RECOVERY PROGRAM (arp) funds AND $785,920 of HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME) funds to the “252 e. 4th street major rehabilitation,” project NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71210 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fund the rehabilitation of 252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation project; and WHEREAS, $643,023 of HOME-ARP and $785,920 of HOME funding are available to fund the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the (FY) 2024-25 Operating Budget by unappropriating $567,836 of HOME-ARP funding from 190-1702-XXXXX-00000 and 190-1791-52982-00000.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $643,023 of HOME-ARP funds from 190-1702-40850-00000 (190-1702-40850-00000 CR, 190-2590-89987-71210 DR, 428-2590-80881-71210 and 428-2590-66196-71210) to “252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71210.
SECTION 3. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $785,920 of HOME funds from 214-1793-40848-4XX06 (214-1793-40848-4XX06 CR, 214-2590-89987-71210 DR, 428-2590-80744-71210 and 428-2590-66196-71210) to “252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71210.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
