PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - To develop vlable communitles, decent housng, and expanded economic opportunitles for persons of low-to-moderate Incomes.
HOME Program To create and preserve affordable housing for low-Income households through ellgible activitles such as Single-Family Housing Rehabilltation, Multi-Famlly Housing Rehabliltation, the 1st-Time Home Buyer Program, and Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Programs.
Emergency Solutions Gant (ESG) - To provide essential housing and supportive services to homeless persons and those at risk of homelessness.
Lead Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes (LHRHH) Program Healthy Homes Production Grant (HHPG) - To address multiple chlidhood diseases and Inlurles in the home by focusing on housing-related nazards in a coordinated fasnion, rather than addressing a single nazara at a time. It expanas on the success of the Lead Hazard Control programs to address a varlety of high priority environmental health and safety hazards.
Home American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP To assist with housing assistance and supportive services to reduce homelessness and Increase housing stablilty.
Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PHA) - To provide a permanent and ongoing funding source for housing-related programs and prolects that meet the community's unmet housing needs.
