RESOLUTION NO. 2025-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) Budget by unappropriating $20,000 of district 3 CIP CARRYOVER DISCRETIONARY FUNDS FROM “WASHINGTON PARK COMMUNITY CENTER REHABILITATION,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71095 AND APPROPRIATING THIS FUNDING TO “NEW PLAYGROUND AT WASHINGTON PARK BASEBALL FIELDS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71094 WHEREAS, the City desires to add additional funding to “New Playground at Washington Park Baseball Fields,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71094.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by releasing/unappropriating $20,000 of District 3 CIP Carryover Discretionary Funding from “Washington Park Community Center Rehabilitation,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71095 (428-2590-80721-71095 DR and 428-2590-66196-71095 CR).
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $20,000 of District 3 CIP Carryover Discretionary Funds (428-2590-80721-71094 CR and 428-2590-66196-71094 DR) to “New Playground at Washington Park Baseball Fields,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71094.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
