RESOLUTION NO. 2025-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW PROJECT, “TED GREENE PARK RESTROOM RENOVATIONS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121 AND APPROPRIATING $160,000 OF AVAILABLE CIP PROJECT FUND RESERVES (GENERAL FUND) TO THE PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make renovations to the restrooms at Ted Greene Park; and WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by creating a new project, “Ted Greene Park Restroom Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121 and appropriating $160,000 of available CIP Project Fund Reserves (General Fund) to the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget creating a new project, “Ted Greene Park Restroom Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by appropriating $160,000 of available CIP Project Fund Reserves (428-2590-80701-67010 DR, 428-2590-80701-71121 CR and 428-2590-66196-71121) to “Ted Greene Park Restroom Renovations,” Project 428-2590-XXXXX-71121.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
