RESOLUTION NO. 2025-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) Budget by closing completed projects, releasing and/or reappropriating $809,872 OF UNEXPENDED FUNDS WHEREAS, the projects listed in the attached “Exhibit A, Section 1” are included in the FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to close twenty (20) completed/canceled CIP Projects and release the unexpended funds totaling $809,872 and reappropriate some of these funds, as detailed in the attached “Exhibit A, Sections 1 and 2.” NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by closing the twenty (20) CIP Projects, as listed in “Exhibit A, Section 1,” attached hereto, and releasing/unappropriating $809,872 of unexpended funds and reappropriating $351,740 of this funding as detailed in “Exhibit A, Section 2.” SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
